    I bet you have interpersonal problems at your clinic/practice/hospital/community...
    It's great that you got a good score on Step 1, but I'd be careful not to get too caught up in how "awesome" you are. Remember, it's about the patients, not you; making a blog to celebrate your personal glory may be a symptom of a greater problem. Just saying.
